Fasting Tracker

A private fasting app: no account, no ads

No sign-up and no ads. Your fasts stay on your devices and in your own iCloud

Fasting Tracker doesn't ask you to create an account. You open it, choose a plan and start fasting. There are no ads and no tracking.

Where your data lives

  • Your fasts, with their moods and notes, are saved on your devices and in your own private iCloud, so they sync between your iPhone and iPad. Your Apple Watch mirrors your iPhone.
  • Your settings, such as your plan and weight goal, sync through iCloud too.
  • Weight and water are read from and saved to Apple Health, with your permission.
  • Reminders are scheduled on your device.

What we collect, honestly

To find bugs and understand which features people use, the app sends anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase) and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics). They're on by default and you can turn them off in Settings, Privacy. They never carry your fast times, notes, moods or weight. Purchases go through Apple, and RevenueCat confirms them without knowing who you are. The privacy policy has the details.

No food logging, either

Fasting Tracker doesn't ask what you eat. There's no calorie counting and no food diary: just your fast, your streak, and Sunny cheering you on.

A note on health

Fasting Tracker is designed for general wellness and is not a medical device. Fasting is not right for everyone. If you are pregnant, diabetic, have a history of eating disorders or take medication, talk to your doctor first, and before any extended fast.
