Fasting Tracker
An intermittent fasting app for Apple Watch
Your fast on a full-screen ring, your stage, water, weight and streak, and complications for your watch face
Fasting Tracker comes with an Apple Watch app laid out like the app's Today screen. Raise your wrist to see how long you've fasted, how long is left and the stage your body may be in, without reaching for your phone.
What's on your wrist
- Your fast in a full-screen ring with Sunny. Tap it to switch between time elapsed and time remaining.
- The stage your body may be in, from Blood Sugar Rising to Immune Reset.
- Water: log a glass towards your daily goal.
- Weight: log it with the Digital Crown. It's saved to Apple Health through your iPhone.
- Your streak.
- Start and end a fast from the Watch.
Complications
Add Fasting Tracker to your watch face with complications for your fast, the next stage, your streak, water and weight. Tapping the water complication opens the Watch's water page.
Always in step with your iPhone
The Watch app mirrors your iPhone: start a fast on one and it shows on the other, along with your plan, goal and units (metric or US), which follow the app's settings.
Requirements
Apple Watch with watchOS 10 or later, paired with an iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Fasting Tracker is free to download; Pro adds longer plans, deeper insights and every guide.
A note on health
Fasting Tracker is designed for general wellness and is not a medical device. Fasting is not right for everyone. If you are pregnant, diabetic, have a history of eating disorders or take medication, talk to your doctor first, and before any extended fast.
